FLOWER SUBSCRIPTION FAQ’S

HOW DOES A FLOWER SUBSCRIPTION WORK?

Choose pickup at our Milton location (address provided at checkout) Pickup for subscriptions is on Thursday evenings only 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm or choose local delivery to Milton, Acton, Georgetown, Erin, Burlington and surrounding areas (please inquire) at a flat rate charge on Thursday afternoons only before 5:00 pm.

For the duration of the subscription, a paper wrapped fresh flower bouquet with our local seasonal flowers will be supplied. For delivery customers, on the first visit we will supply a bucket that can be filled with water and left out weekly in a hopefully shaded, non-windy location to receive the delivery.

WHAT IF I WANT TO GIVE A SUBSCRIPTION AS A GIFT?

Please provide us with the recipient’s delivery address at checkout and any special instructions and we will make sure the subscription is sent there. We will send an email confirmation with all subscription details.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT AVAILABLE FOR A SUBSCRIPTION DATE?

We are unable to refund or carry forward any missed bouquets, so if you will be away for a subscription date, please ask a neighbour, family member or friend to collect.
